BNK48 Academy Match (Concept)

some concepts and character exploring for our latest macht3 game BNK48 match academy.

BNK48 Academy Match is one of the Biggest project in this year, it's a Match3 game, where our whole team worked together, so at the initial stage my responsibility was doing the concept and set the character design direction (i am one of the 3 artists who was doing this). so here is a bunch of sketches of the BNK48 characters. But finally BNK48 decided to go with anime style. Then i move to the 
animation part.
